I know that you have this option with dell Control Point where you can only view the screen from straight on.

I need something for use on the plane; can I install this piece of DCP alone and/or is there a program that I can buy that does this for me?

Thanks but I am looking for a program that does this for you.
It adds an efect to the screen that only allows you to view it dead on.

Dell Control Point has this but I dont want to install it.

-->Does anyone know if I can just install that piece within control point?

If I recall correctly, you had to have the special privacy monitor option to be able to use that ControlPoint feature. If you don't have it, chances are it wouldn't work even if you did have ControlPoint installed.

I have it; it has worked for me in the past...

Do you know which part of CP this is found in and, if I can install just that part?

Sadly I do not...as I couldn't even get DCP working on my D630 (I wanted to see if it had any benefits over QuickSet)
