I ordered an Aurora R3 last Wednesday the 16th. I used my Visa debit card. Dell instantly processessed the charge and it showed up as processing out of my account, which was fine. It showed up on my bank account (I checked by looking online) as processing for the next three days, but then this morning when I checked my account, the processing amount ($1845) was back in my account! My order still shows on the Dell website (my account) as in production, with a delivery date of 12/1/2011 (estimated). So my question is why was the hold dropped (on the funds) and will Dell now cancel my order? Has anyone else ever experienced this before?

    Thanks!

Happened to me. They took back the funds when it shipped out.

They might "reserve" the amount first, to make sure you have it, so they can start making the configuration you have asked. Although it is strange it happened to Visa...
Let us know how it went in the end.
