Quickset64 icon missing from SystemTray

Hi there,

I've installed this app from Dell for my Vostro 3450, but the icon doesn't appear in system tray no matter what I do. This one I've installed I downloaded from Dell's website, specific for my model.

I've tried every solution I could find with Google, it appears if I kill explorer.exe and start it again using "New Task".

Any suggestions appreciated!

 

Have you tried clicking the little up arrow next to the system tray, then clicking customise, you should be able to configure it to always stay from there

Yes, I always configure this way because I don't like hidden icons, but as I said, I can only see it if I restart explorer.exe.

 

Is this a known issue? I didn't test in Win7 32 bits yet, the version I tried is 11.0.15 A04, which seems the latest for Vostro 3450
