    Can anyone help me please?
I'm trying to download and record audio via the 3.5mm jack port, but when I plug in the jack, it is not recognised. The microphone port says nothing is plugged in when it is! Any ideas?
    THanks v much

Check that you have the latest version of the IDT audio driver then open the IDT Audio Control Panel in Control Panel and check that Port Monitoring is enabled.
