Dell's E6410 Setup and Features sheet lists the 65W PSU as OK for the UMA graphics. I've checked and the 65W PSU works with my E6410 (Intel graphics).

The regulatory label on my E6400 states 3.34A (65W) is OK as well, but it's obviously not as I have Nvidia graphics and DCP gives me an error message as well.

Personally, I would stay safe and just use 90W for all recent model laptops, there's a reason E6410's with Intel graphics come with the 90W adapter (the 65W PA-2E only comes with the E4300...probably E4200 as well). Dell wouldn't do that for no reason as the PA-3E should be more expensive than the PA-2E.
