Some keys on new KB not functioning??

I decided that I would fix up my vostro fifteen hundred, some keys are working at all, the keyboard is new(other one is missing keys).
*five
*six
*left CRTL
*F8(cant get into safe mode)
*backspace
*plus sign
*esc
*most of function keys
*also startup repair cannot be launched..

There might be some others but those are the main ones i need or just want. I disconnected the KB port atleast 10 plus times and nothing has changed. What do you guys think I should do? And I dont want a ext KB cause i dont want to carry even more stuff.
