    Anyone know where to get the proper Thermal material for the D620 ?
    (Cpu and Video chip)

    get yourself some nice artic silver 5. works better than the junk that comes standard on the D620

    I would use AS5 or IC Diamond 7 for the CPU if you got any, and any ceramic based TIM for the GPU. Ceramic based TIM doesn't conduct electricity unlike its silver counterparts.
