    Hi,

I am thinking of getting a M4400 or maybe a M4500 whenever it is released. I would like to use three monitor with the system when I am docked at my desk. It this possible using something like the Port Replicator Plus?

Check this thread out: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=432189 - Connectivity Limitation on "E-Port Plus Replicator"

Basically, unless the Precision series has added some additional capabilities that I'm not aware of over the Latitudes, I believe you're limited to 2 outputs without additional hardware. See my last reply there in particular, as I've had very good luck with a DisplayLink solution - essentially a USB video card.
