Well... the thing is, is that I did test the computer with the stock dell mouse. I also tested with 2 other logitech mice, so a total of 4 mice

I even did the remote computer thing that dell does and the tech straight up told me that it was a mouse even though he could see the problem on his side using "his" mouse.

then they told me to blame logitech and call them up... seriously...

so second thing I did was get the video card switched out since I thought it was a faulty video card, friend has similar computer with same video card but without the problem

second computer comes around and i have the same problem
well... second time around i got thru the same process of getting blamed that it is my mouse that's causing the problem

couldn't find a single thing about mouse displacement so I went to every possible company site and update each hardware starting with the video card

BAM!! there's the solution, my problem with dell is that they have retards who will never patch you to an IT tech... so it's like a blind man with a map guiding another blind man...

another thing that would've helped is a person who can speak english properly... more than 80% of the time I could not understand...

finally but not least, who the **** puts a customer on hold for an hour and a half? i remember the guy said i'm oging to put you on hold for 5 min and an hour an a half later he comes back saying he forgot and was sorry, when I asked him his ID number he hung up

Next rep told me that there was no record of me calling the previous time

Anyways I just bought an E6400 and hoping that it's not as bad as when i bought a desktop...

dell's a great company but only if their products work

@stupidcha, please call them during office hour and not outside hour.

In Canada, during office hours I talk to Dell tech support located in Canada, everyone is canadian. Call after hours, and I get Dell tech support from India...

well the call during office hours was when I was held for an hour and a half
out of maybe the 20 something times I called I only got only one American tech support

but ya that's old news so nothing to worry about

@OP try the new bios update that came out. I hear it fixes the overheating
