My gestures are disabled each time i restart.
To get them back i have to go to control panel> hardware > mouse > dell touchpad.

Once i open this window i get the gestures back.

Any idea how to ensure the gestures are available without having to go to touchpad settings each time i turn on my laptop? Its a dell vostro 3350.

Did you disable the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver in msconfig? That seems to have disabled touchpad gestures on my 3350 (I did it on purpose though).
