I recently purchased a 48 WHr Extended Battery Slice for Dell Latitude E4310. After attaching the battery and plugging in the power supply I can not get it to charge. The Power management shows both batteries - standard and the slice - but it will not charge. Left charging overnight and the slice maintains a 14% charge - any ideas?

I'm moving this to the Latitude forum.

First check if you are running the latest BIOS.

Are you using a 65W PA-2E or a 90W PA-3E? You might need to use the 90W one.
