    In my device manager their is an UNKNOWN device that windows 7 can not find. I went to Windows update site but it found nothing. Also on Dells website I can not find anything about this device. Anyone know what it is?

    For my Latitude E4310, I grabbed the Dell Driver Pack from the download list and pointed Windows at that folder and it searched and found what it needed.

    I don't see a Driver Pack released by Dell for your Vostro 13, but you could achieve the same thing by downloading all of the drivers and throwing them all into one folder (divided into subfolders) and letting Windows figure out what it needs.

    I found it. It was the HDD sensor driver....
