I recently bought a Latitude E6410 and I'm loving it.
It has a Core i5 M560, an SSD etc. and puts out all the performance I need, the only exception being in the graphics department.

Its running a Nvidia NVS 3100M. Is it possible to switch it out for a more powerful mobile video card, and if yes, what will be the limitations?

Also, it has an express card slot so maybe I could even go the eGPU route. In that regards, my questions are:
    1. Anyone have any experience using an eGPU with the E6410?
    2. Suppose I have a GTX460 eGPU, I'm guessing the M560 won't be a bottleneck. Am I right in thinking so?

As naton has stated, the 3100M is soldered onto the motherboard, this rule applies to 95% of notebook out there. You will need to check out DIY Dock, and his link will take you to that thread.

Hmm...wasn't aware that the video card was soldered. Too bad.

I'll look into the eGPU thread. Thanks.
