So, I'm having a bit of difficulty with my Conexant HD Audio.

Apparently Winamp is VERY LOUD! If I have my Balance Volume and Wave (apparently both affect sound level) at mid level (which is normal sound value with headphones, quite low on speakers (vostro 1014 has some really crappy speakers)) Winamp even at 1% volume is "SCREAMING". You wouldn't be able to listen to it with headphones unless you want to go deaf in 10 minutes.

Anyway to fix this? Maybe winamp configuration?
Oh yea, also if I have winamp open, and I mute winamp, it mutes all the volume from my other applications.

    If anyone could help me.

    Thank you
