I just bought a Dell Vostro 1014 dual core processor t6570 @2.10 ghz, 3 gigs of ram off of craigslist, and It had windows xp on it and I just upgraded it to windows 7 64 bit, I did a complete clean installation, everything installed like normal and windows is registered, well with windows xp everything worked, and now that I have upgraded to windows 7 I find that I am having quite a few issues, going back to xp is not an option because I dont have a license for it, since it originally came with windows 7 and somebody had put windows xp on it. one of the first problems I came accross was getting the webcam to work with the creative lab software that came frome the drivers and download support section of dell, I finally got the webcam to work by installing Arcsoft Web cam, and that was one problem fixed, another problem I had after that was getting the bluetooth to work, Dells drivers and downloads support only gave me a partial file for what ever reason and I finally had to download a 75 meg file from another site and I finally got that working, now the main problem I am having right now is getting the Wireless to work, if I connect a wired ethernet line to it it works fine but the wireless is saying that there is no available connections found, now I know this is false because I have 2 other laptops. 2 ipod touches, a Wii and a PS3 all finding the the wireless just fine, its just this laptop that cannot find it, it has an Atheros Qmi network wireless card in it , the device manager says the device is working fine, and when I run the network troubleshooter it says that their is a problem with the device driver, now I have went to the Atheros website and downloaded the updated 64 bit driver but it is still not working so I know I have the latest driver... I even tried uninstalling the device and re-installing the device, but still no luck, it worked with windows xp as I had used it before upgrading to 7.. everytime I try to manually add a wireless point it just gives me an unexpected error, and then just quits, when I tried to do a search for any available access points it says it may take up to 90 seconds to find a connection but Ive left it running for an hour or so and came back and nothing.. I have tried Hiting the Fn + F11 key to turn the radio on but nothing happens there either, went into bios. and everying is enabled there how do I know that when I hit the Fn + F11 key that wireless is on or off?? .. I am now at the point of frustration at the problems of purchasing this laptop, everything else so far is working fine as far as I can tell except the wireless anybody have any other ideas I can try... also something else I noticed this past weekend, on the dell drivers and download site, everytime I have either entered or let the site scan for my service tag number they would show all the drivers and files for it and the warranty information for it , but now all it is telling me is that there is no available download or information for this service tag?? but if I just manually enter the model number it shows everything again, and body have a clue about that one??.. Sorry about the long post but I wanted to be sure to put in everything I can think of... any and all help is appreciated.. Thank you..

Please edit the post so that it is not one long paragraph. Separate the different problems into different paragraphs so that it is easier for people to understand and respond to the problems.
