Vostro 1220 battery?

    Hi all,

    There seems to be very few posts about the new 12" Vostro, and I'm not really sure why. It's been reviewed by a few sites but it certainly hasn't figured prominently on the web. Bizarre.

    Anyway, I ordered one from Dell Canada and it's not yet arrived. I chose the 6-cell battery option and was wondering if anyone out there has this laptop already with this battery option. Specifically, I'm wondering if it is much larger - as in sticks out a lot - from the 4-cell. I don't care how much extra it weighs, but I'm a bit worried it might be huge. Does anyone know?

    Just FYI, I ordered it with:

    P8600 2.4ghz
    3gb ram
    250gb 7200rpm drive
    6-cell battery
    no screen upgrade
    no fingerprint reader

    I'll let everyone know how it is when it arrives. It shipped yesterday, so should be here one day this week. My intent is to put Win7 RC on it pretty much immediately and then downgrade to WinXP if I encounter driver issues.
