I recently reformatted my computer. I reinstalled the driver for the webcam from my Dell Drivers CD, but my webcam didn't work. So I went online to look for the drivers, downloaded them, but my webcam still doesn't work.

Whenever I try to open Dell Webcam Center, it says "No supported webcam driver detected. Please install the webcam driver using the Dell Resource CD and launch Webcam Center again."

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but it still doesn't work.

My laptop is a Dell Vostro 1520, Windows XP. And yes, I made sure I was downloading the correct drivers.

    Please help?

Does Device Manager show any unconfigured devices? The webcam should be listed as an Imaging device.
