    Hi everyone,

    I have a vostro 1700, [email protected]

    CPU-Z reads

    Core Speed 1595.7 MHz (8.0 x 199.5 MHz)

While looking at CPU-Z, it (the multiplier) will sometimes drop down to 6, or up to 11, then come back to 8.

Does anyone have any idea of where to look to figure out why it is not resting at 10?

    Thanks

    Full CPUZ attached
