I have an issue where my 1710 has stopped recognizing my mass storage devices. Example: when I plug into any UBS port either my Seagate external drive , and SD card or my Nook the plug and play acknowledges a generic drive has been installed and when I attempt to open the drive it wants to format the drive. All these devices worked previously. No known virus, Dell diagnostics shows no issues. Any ideas.
