I just got a Vostro 3500, and from about 1.5 feet away the screen looks as though its made up of many small visible grids, especially with lighter colours like gray, or i.e. the menu bar in firefox.

I've never seen this on any other monitor...including a 3 year old inspiron.

Vostro owners - do you also have this problem? Or do I have something incorrectly configured?
