Vostro 3700 i7-740qm 330m video error problem

    This is a laptop we got from the outlet back in March 2011. Vostro 3700 with i7-740qm, 330m video, 6GB ram, 500GB drive. The CPA that uses it says he is getting a video error message. I don't have it in my hands yet, so I can't go into detail.

    I'm thinking it probably is related to all of the Nvidia overheating issues. How did they handle this? I seem to recall lots of problems getting it right, and some people getting a replacement laptop. Luckily, it's under warranty until March 2012.
