    I have a T9800 Quad Core processor and it is bringing my windows experience index down do a 7.2 how can I tweek it to enhance the functionality of it. The Processor is a 7.2 also my memory is 7.2

    If you're talking about an intel T9800, that is a dual core CPU.

    Ya as Moral Hazard has stated, the T9800 is a Core 2 Duo. Which Vostro model did you have?
