Hoping to get some recommendations from existing Latitude E6420 owners... what laptop sleeves will fit? Dell specs list the laptop size as 13.86" width and most of the 14" laptop sleeves I've seen only have an internal dimension width of 13.5"....

With the exception of the first one, most of these sleeves internal dimensions are too small.

Has anyone got any real experience on what sleeves would work? Stupid Dell, why the hell did they need to come up with this non-standard size laptop?!?

I use a backpack, no sleeve. Some sleeves also tend to have a strong rubbery smell. :(

I use a backpack and a sleeve, I don't think you should get a 14" sleeve cause its rather fitted in a 15"

The sleeve I got is a Capdase:

The handles can be tucked in the pockets if you don't need it....

Hi AndroAsc, so which laptop sleeve you took for the Dell e6420. Surely Dell seemed stupid not to follow the standard dimensions but they must be having good reasons for that as well.

I got my Dell laptop last week and looking for a good laptop sleeve but realized that dimensions might not fit in all the 14" sleeves available.

I got this and it fits nicely. Plus the orange inlay fits the orange strip around the keyboard :)
