what resolutions are on this dell D420 12.1" screen?

    what resolutions are on a 12.1" DELL LATITUDE D420 LAPTOP U2400 laptop?

    or to put it another way. can you give an example of one resolution.

    like, some of them, have a radio of 1.7(very rectangular), some 1.6, some 1.3(almost a square).

    so some laptops would do 800x600 (1.3 ratio). Others wouldn't.

    The D420 has a 1280 x 800 resolution display, ie 16:10 aspect ratio. Any notebook display is best used at its native resolution and, if you want bigger text, then use Windows' scaling feature.
