    If anything, they'll be refreshed entirely before they get new processors. I image it won't be until after the Latitudes are refreshed, though... but you never know; they did put out the V13 in the middle of nowhere.

    In Spain all Vostros and specially the 1720 have big discounts until the end of January, so maybe in February.
