    I have face problem with Travelmate 2310 and some of the other model but the TM 2312 are the most. Most of them are new and for the first time to power on. The problem is after that we setup OS and the other software when the battery discharged we put it to AC and turn off the system. When we want to turn it on it didn’t power on. After 1 day if we try again it is ok and power on. Most customers have this problem and they are sad because this problem happen in the first use of their purchase.

    I think something wrong with PCB because I checked battery and the other part of them.
    If anyone have any idea please tell me
