    Hallo,all.
I've tried to search the thread similar to this but don't found it,so here goes.
I've got Notebook Acer Aspire 5920G with Specification:
    1.Intel Core 2 Duo T7500
    2.Nvidia Geforce 8600 M GT
    3.2 GB DDR2
    4.250 GB HDD
    5.OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit

I've had it for almost 3 years, and occassionaly I clean up the dust by opening the back case.
I've also Undervolt it and I'm using Notepal Infinite right now as my cooler.

My temperature when I'm on desktop is approx. 45-60 degree celcius for CPU,but when I start playing 3D game (right now playing x-blades),my temperature will be rising until 84 degree celcius in just approximately 15-20 minutes.Fearing overheating,I'll exit the game. And after that,my temperature will goes to normal again (approx. 50 degree - 60 degree).

My question is,how can I fix this?because half of the reason I buy this notebook is for gaming???

PS:Before, when I'm using windows xp my temperature only shots up to 74 degree celcius playing the same game.

Are you talking about the GPU or the CPU temps? If its the GPU temp thats totally normal, but not a good thing. Also do you have the latest BIOS in there? The newest BIOS keeps the fan running at lower temps and thus keeps temps much cooler. After I upgraded bios I went from 88c at load to around 77c at load on the GPU.

You should do this asap, but since its been 3 years Its probably not urgent. Just letting you know that the geforce 8 you have in there is very prone to breaking on its own during normal use, higher temps will speed this procces up.

It will start with artifacting during 3d applications or flash. Keeping the temps down will prolongue the life of your card, so Its a good idea to keep things well ventialled in our cases. Normally dont worry about tempsand computers too much, but with the geforce 8 and 9 cards you have to. CPU and hdd temps you can safely ignore whatever they are. Most other gfx are fine and can handle upwards of 100c.

That is the CPU temperature. The GPU temperature will follow right?when I'm using Everest It does. The difference is just approx.3-5 degree celcius.
I already done it.My BIOS is 3813 and last time I check, there is no newer BIOS.
Yes,I do know that my VGA card is very prone to breaking on its own during normal use. That is why I really concerned with the temps of my notebook.
That is why everytime I'm gaming,I always check the temp.In windows XP,the highest temp is just 76 degree (checked it with The Last Remnant game),but after I changed to 7,no matter what game I played,if there is 3D,the temp will shot up to 82-85 degree in 15-20 minutes of playing.
So,you can see why I'm frustrated.I want to play, but I'm afraid about the consequences if I let the temperature stay at 82-85 degrees level.
    Anyone can help,please???

Look dont worry about the CPU temps AT ALL. It wont die just ignore them. Your GFX temp you should watch and try and keep below 85c, but if you cant then just forget about it and keep playing. Not all cards break from heat, it just increases the likelyhood.
Are you sure everything is running fine back there? The fan is spinning properly, everything is well seated, and nothing is blocked? You said you have opened it up a lot and cleaned it, how sure are you you havent mucked anything up in there? Unles you are playing in the middle of the desert you really should not be getting those temps if everything is in good working order.

Make sure you run the computer on a flat non bendable hard surface where the computer can breathe easy. Consider buying a laptop pad with fans as well. But If I were you If I could not fix the temp I woudl just use the computer until it blows up. It may last a lot longer than you think.

I'm sure of it,pampum.Just recently,I just open my back case and clean the dust.I also clean my Cooler Master Notepal Infinite for dust.
I don't usually get temperature that high.
When I use my notebook for browsing or using office or photoshop, the temperature is just 50-60 degree celcius.
It's when I started playing games with 3D (not include Football Manager),the temperature started to rise to 85 degree celcius. At that time,I'll shut my games and It will go to normal again.

But If I were you If I could not fix the temp I woudl just use the computer until it blows up. It may last a lot longer than you think

I want to try this, but I'm afraid of the consequences. That's why I posted it here.In case, there is another solution for me???

If your computer overheats it will shut down as a warning sign. If it hasn't shut down yet, it isn't warm enough :) But high temperatures are not healthy for a computer, but hey, laptops get very hot. It's common.

82-85 isn't the best temperature for a CPU to be operating at, but the worry zone really starts in the mid-90s.
Considering it just shoots up drastically, it might be a sign to change the thermal compound connecting your CPU to the heatsink. Fresh thermal compound will transfer the heat better, slowing your CPU's temperature rise.

I hope that my notebook won't have to go through that stage yet.So far,I've done everything I can to prevent it,so I can prolong my Notebook life :D

Oh,so the point is my CPU and Heatsink then. Can you please tell me how to dissassemble my notebook.I've already used to open my back case, but from then on,I got confused about how to open my heatsink.
Or,can you maybe give me a link to the manual to open the heatsink, applied the thermal paste and closing it again.
I already got myself Arctic Power MX 2 as a thermal paste :D

I can't directly link you to the 5520G's service guide due to the forum rules, but I can say that Google should get you what you need.
