People have had mixed results with the 6920G, including a case right here on this forum, but so far no success with the 5920G that I've heard.

No, so far there isn't any success on an Acer 5920G laptop but boruta could change the graphic card (8400M GS or 8600M GT, I am not sure) in his Acer 7720-6395 to a 9600M GT quite easily I think. You can change it to a 9500M GS that's for sure.

I only seen just a few cases success upgrade to 3650 HD. Not really sure for 9500m GS.

What's the temp reading for the graphic? Mine was reported at between 45-60c @room temperature 20-25c. Is this normal? When i play Dota, it is around 59-65c for 1-2hours gaming. I think the temperature is slightly better since after i applied artic silver 5 on it.

I am plannig to put some AS on my card as well, cause my temps are sky high (~85oC). There is a guy who is selling 9500M GS in ebay compatible with 5920 and another guy who is selling a new Acer 5920 with 9500m GS installed and finally krusha03's laptop (one of our members) is 5920 with 9500M GS (overclocked) and T9300

I reckon you put AS on it. Also, after upgrading from T7300 to T9500, found out the temp is much lower than before as well
