    Hi i have a problem, a friend of my parents has a Acer 5***-4***(i dont remember the model i'll post it as soon as i look at it).

    The problem is that does'nt start sometimes after the windows loading bar it gets a black screen, and sometimes while using it, It freezes :(

    Anyone help¿?

    Reinstalling Windows is the most obvious action to rule out software issues.
