    Hey everyone,

our local 4G provider offers to install WiFi/4G module instead of the built-in WiFi. However installation takes much time in the service center. There is another variant – to buy the adapter and install it by myself. So the question – is it possible to install the adapter at home and can anyone show it at the picture?

    Thank you.

The adapter is accessible under the same cover as the memory. There are just a few philips screws to loosen to remove the cover.

I don't have a chance to try these but very likely it wouldn't work with 1410.
The cards you need are Intel 5150, 5350 or the new 6250, all with WiFi+WiMax(4G), however these are available in full size while 1410 can only take half-height mini pcie cards.

You'd better take the laptop to service center and see if there is other solution.

Thanx to everyone for help. Yeah, right now 4G operator provides with Intel 5150/5350 and it seems that they should work with 1410.
