The new Acer Swift 7 is out and it looks pretty interesting (slim bezels, less than 2 lbs):

Does anyone know if there are any hands on reviews of it yet? I can't seem to find anything outside of when it was shown at CES.

My only hesitation with it is the 1080p screen. Was hoping for higher res.

I've been looking for information about this new 2019 Swift 7 as well. In fact, I've been following it for several months. It's hard to even say now if it's even "out." I've regularly checked Acer's site, as it was always supposed to be released in May. Sure enough, the SF714-52T-73CQ was posted on their site (the page you linked) on May 1st, but the only listed seller is through Amazon (which I find really weird for such a heavily touted laptop at 2019 CES). Here's that Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Lightweight-i7-8500Y-Back-lit-Keyboard/dp/B07PJLQ2QW ...But it says "Usually ships within 1 to 3 months." So is this laptop really even available at all?
I posted two questions in Amazon's product Q&A immediately, expecting that I might get an answer from Acer, but I did not. I even posted questions on their YouTube promo videos, but no one has responded to them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iXrj7AV3dXg and I've even tried emailing Acer. Nada. The only thing I haven't tried is Acer's customer service chat. They'd have no idea anyway, so I didn't bother. It's all so very suspect from a company that professes innovation. I don't know what to make of this. Shouldn't there be a lot more pomp and fanfare from Acer here having crossed the supposed May release date? Where's my new and improved, innovative laptop?

On top of that, there are clearly two versions - the silver listed at Amazon and the black that is seen in all the media/photos. I guess we'll have to wait even longer for the black one.

Personally, I'm looking to buy this laptop for work/travel. I posted two questions on Acer's community page https://community.acer.com/en/categories/s-r-series and can't seem to get much information about when to expect this laptop to actually be available. I need 4GLTE capability for work. The SF714-52T-73CQ doesn't have it. Previous models of the Swift 7 have had it - two of the three 2018 models have 4GLTE. So I believe I'm safe to assume that the next 2019 model released will have it. Whenever that may be. Hopefully that's the black one.

If anyone from Acer reads this, PLEASE allow me to give you $2000 of my money so that I can enjoy the amazing piece of machinery that I know is out there... somewhere.

I would look at the swift 5 with its 3:2 ratio.
