Does anyone have this notebook? I can't find any reviews at all on it.

I would like to use it as a portable dvd player with the bonus of it being a computer.

I am interested in knowing what your impressions of it are.

1-How do the built in speakers sound?

2-how is the widescreen LCS quality?

3-Is the screen in the 16:9 format so that movies of this ratio fill it entirely?

4-How long does the battery last?

    Thank you for any help,
    docprego

    1.Speaker are not that great

2.Widescreen LCD much better than the normal 15"

    3. Screen is having 16:10 ratio (1280x800)wxga

    4. Abount 1.5 hours ( default 4-celled batter) ..if u get 8 celled It will last about 3.5hours

itz good for your the requirement .(portable dvd play) except for the speakers.(with gud headphone this is good choice)

Is the 8-cell replacement battery for this laptop the same as is used in the 4000 series?

Also, can an internal bluetooth module be installed on this laptop?

yes u can use the 4000/4500 series battery for this one..

As for the bluetooth you have to get the internal module and fix it manually ...the only issue is finding the bluetooth module in the market
