    I've been reading this forum for a while now and the tips and help is GREAT..but i've been trying to get a 2nd hard drive kit from acer in the US and have been stonewalled TWICE ..they won't sell me anything but basic parts (DVD-ROM/AC ADAPTER/ETC) can someone help with a site i can order from that will ship to the US?..I've tried ebay and they don't have any there.

    I've been looking for this part as well but there doesn't seems to be a US distributor, it may be cheaper and easier to just shave off the two legs to an acceptable length.

    Yes but it will still hit the cover because the one that comes with the 2nd hdd is shaped differently. I tried with mine and it didn't work. I am ordering one from acer.
