The bluetooth and USB on my 3201XCi stopped working. I am sending it back to Acer, but I have a problem with their service. Apparently you have to schedule a FedEx pickup, which is not convenient for everyone. Not for me anyway. Well, other companies like Apple will send you a prepaid package for your iPod for service, and others will let you print out the UPS label yourself. Oh well. If they do a good job fixing it I won't complain.

Scheduling a FedEx pickup is not that bad. This will eliminate your trip to the local FedEx office to drop off your delivery. You can just take it to work with you and have them pick it up at your office.

Yeah. It's not convenient for me to do it at work, and it's not a major complaint, just an annoyance. As I said, I'll be quite happy if it gets fixed fairly quickly!
