    Hey guys,

just wondering - does anyone know whether the 3810 keyboard is identical to that of 3820? I know there are a few function keys that have different labels. If I replace a Canadian 3820 keyboard with a US 3810 keyboard, will it work without tweaks or any problems?

    Thanks

Works fine. Those of us with backlit KBs are using 3810T KBs.

I read somewhere that the 3810T's keyboard quality is superior to that of the 3820. Is this true?

You probably read our comments about the backlit 3810T keyboard. IMO, it is the best of the KBs for the 3820TG but requires a lot of filing and adjustment to make it fit. The KB I link to on the first page of the 3820TG Owner's lounge part 2 is the best I have found, other than the backlit version.
