The TG version has a Radeon Mobility HD4330, and you can switch between that card, and the onboard 4500MHD.

Currently the TG version is cheaper (in The Netherlands), is there any reason why I shouldn't get the TG, and get the 3810T WITHOUT the HD4330?

If all specs are the same AND it's cheaper AND you can switch, there is no reason to not go for the HD 4330! Maybe post up the models/specs to get others to double check the models?
