    Hello

    Ive just tried to install the latest bios version and it wont work, it keep saying the same message : flashbios fail (0x4D0)

    I have the V1.05 atm

    I just want to make my fan quiet :(

    help me please !

    Usually, fan gets loud because it is clogged or, though not often, the mb is malfunctioning. Rarely do you see a bios update that make your fan become more quiet. Anyway, there are three ways you can update acers bios. First, you can flash your bios while you are in windows, which i am sure you have tried. Second method is to make a dos usb or cd then put the dos bios in there and update via dos. Third , is to update via crisis recovery. Try the dos method.

    PS: i want to update my dos so i can use a mod and make my fan less noisy
