    There are scratches around the screen ( not the screen itself ) because i wiped it with tissue ? How do i remove those scratches

    You mean the bezel!!! i would think maybe some kind of polish made for plastics then do it like polishing a car.Just be careful about the screen.
    They must be some serious scratches if they bug you that much.
