No- not really. It would be useful to charge it fully just to verify that it works fine but the moment it hits 100% you're done.
Li-ion batteries do not require any additional procedures.

Thanks... also, is there any way i need to take care of the battery to keep it good for a longer time? like should i fully drain it from time to time or something like that?

Draining the battery fully does not increase its lifespan but recalibrates it- meaning the remaining time as shown by Windows is the real remaining time.
Some people say that fully discharging Li-ion battery can kill the cells but it's not entirely true- it could kill it but battery chip won't let it- power gets cut of when battery level is still above critical.
That said it's safer not to verify if BIOS is properly written the hard way so if your notebook hibernates at 5% battery or sth- it's enough- don't try to discharge it even more.
Recalibrating every once in a while will be useful though.

Probably almost fully- yes- but that's not surprising.
Don’t worry too much about that- enjoy your new notebook :)
