    Hey guys,
I just got my 3820TG, it seems like a solid laptop with light + good battery life + performance.
I would love to keep this laptop but my trackpad/touchpad is f#%@^.
The trackpad works fine except when I type, the trackpad will stop working for a brief moment.
For example, if I was moving my cursor around and pressed something on keyboard, the cursor will stop working for a second or two.

This problem doesn't occur when I use USB mouse instead of trackpad.
Also, this problem doesn't occur for ctrl and alt.

I searched this forum but couldn't find an answer, so it would be greatly appreciated if this problem is only with my laptop or with everyone's.

    Thanks in advance.

Lower the sensitivity for "PalmCheck" in the Synaptics software to enable usage of the keyboard and touchpad at the same time.
