What's the issue with this? In cpu-z the speed shows 798mhz, it's supposed to run at 1.8 dual core correct?

How do I fix this? O

Check what profile you have choosen in the ePower Management settings.
Probably you are using "Power Save" or "Balanced" mode.

What CPU do you have, it could be intels speedstep in action. Basically if the full CPU power is not needed, then speedstep will kickin and lower the frequency (speed) of the CPU. This can reduce the core voltage which in turn reduces heat and improves battery life.

When more CPU power is needed, the speed will be increased as and when required.

Do you know the actual cpu name, go into cpu-z and it should tell you.

I guess it's not the intel speedstep feature lol :D
