    4502lmi - any chance to upgrade and unlock bios?

    Hi, dudes:
    Got a new 4502 LMI and was wondering if it´s possible to upgrade the bios to a "unlocked" version, with free access to memory tweaks, FSB, and things like that.
    The Graphics card of this notebook is an Intel Extreme Graphics 2, and maybe we can do some tweaks or overclocks on it.

    Please don´t say "if you want overclocks and heavy games, just buy a desktop", cuz i think there´s nothing wrong to get all the juice u can from an orange, right?? :) I know I will not run heavy games on this note, and overclocks just sucks batteries bad, but I was just wondering if its possible.
    Just a memory CAS tweak would be great.

    I don't think there's any "unlocked" BIOS's for this notebook. I think you're stuck with what you have. Notebooks aren't known to have a "tweakable" BIOS and I haven't heard of anyone coming out with a "hacked/unlocked" BIOS. one of the first recommendations I make to users looking for a notebook is, spend more now for a unit that is more than what you need as it's difficult to upgrade a notebook. In a few years, games and apps will be pushing the notebook to its limit, but by then, it'll be time for a new notebook.
