    4720z has mxm pins, can I use them?

    It's a simple question really. I see the pins for the mxm video card. Would I have to solder the connector to make it usable?

    Theoretically, it could work, but it looks like the Acer 4720Z only comes with integrated graphics. I would think that you'd have to mod the laptop to be able to fit a dedicated graphics card.

    Most likely that won't work so I would give up on that idea.
