Hey does anyone know how to make it so that when a key is pressed that trackpad is still active?

Right now if i hold down the arrow key for example, i cannot look around with a track pad in my games. Same with any of the alphabet keys trackpad wont work till i lift my finger off the key.

    How do i disable this?

Aristar is correct; just lower the sensitivity for "PalmCheck". The solution is already posted in the 4820TG Owners Lounge thread (first post, Commonly Asked Questions section).
