Not sure how i got the 5288 driver in on my sons 5102 because the acer site lists 5257 as the latest drivers.

His system sounds like crap when we are on temaspeak while gaming, so i was looking to update the drivers.

Any suggestions on drivers to try?
    Thanks

Oh, btw, his system is my old system, so i might have installed them from somewhere other than acer available drivers.

Anyways, the chip is listed as a alc883 on the 5102, and the chip listed on my asus is alc882 and i have 5345 installed which work fine.

Should i try installing the 5345 on the acer 5102?
