I checked and I have a bluetooth sticker on bottom of my laptop, when I turn on the button it is enabled, even in my device manager it apears, and it says broadcom blah USB device? I installed driver that was given with laptop, but it still doesn't recognize mobile phone? When I open bluetooth devices and turn the discovery on,error pops out-bluetooth service error. Why?
