My notebook is Acer 5920 and it have 1 gb ddr2 533 and I plan to add 1 more gb, but all the stores only sell ddr2 667 one... if i add it, my notebook will have 1 gb 533 and 1 gb 667, is it have any risk on performance and dual channel?

It's gonna be dual channel 533Mhz, unless some conflict occures which can't be ruled out but it's quite rare.
