    5520-5716 BIOS Updates

    My BIOS version is currently 1.08, and I've downloaded the BIOS revisions from the acer-euro website. Are these BIOS images compatible with machines sold in the US? Does anyone know what they fix/change?

    i've noticed the acer-euro website seems to update with new drivers and bios files days or sometimes weeks before the PanAm site.. i've been using Bios files from the europe site w/ no probs.

    Where do you find bios drivers on the panama site ? For this model, I couldn`t see any listed.
