I ran factore restore from a CD all goes well but after it's done and reboots, it says no os found?

    Broadcom Base Code PXE-2.1
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXE-M0F: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM
    Operating System not found

I've seen this one on many acer laptops after factory restore
    any idea what's wrong?
HD is fine, other wise restore process would've gone wrong
    plus, seatool shows no errors

HDD shows up on BIOS and is 1st on the boot list

It appears that the OS restore failed to work. You'll probably need to get a CD from Microsoft, and use your OEM key and reinstall the OS yourself.
