    Hi,

    I've the 5610Z - model BL50.

My screen needed replacing and I ordered a replacement - this has arrived but doesn't have the top or bottom mounting brackets as per existing one - they look fixed to unit so don't think I can take off and reuse.

Has anyone any clues please as the supplier says this is the only screen for the machine?

Also.....when I removed the old screen last night a small (about 10mm each side) 3 sided piece of metal appeared from under the inverter when I unscrewed the screen mount at the bottom of the screen.....has anyone any idea where this should fit please? Not a piece I removed......

    Any help very welcome!

    Steve

Yeah but what are the parts that you say you are missing? This is pretty much how the screen should look like with hinge assembly added - nothing more is needed.

    Hi Runnerman,
If you are asking about this metal support frame removed from just below the inverter, you can safely ignore it, I didn't fix that back when I replaced my screen.

The top and bottom brackets shown on the screen in the link are not on the replacement screen. The supplier says that these are not necessary and the screen can be attached via the 8 screws in the side frames alone.
I'll try and take a pic of the small part I discovered loose when I took the inverter off.......

Yes - that's the bracket I have on mine too! so perhaps my only problem is working out where my loose part goes! Must try and get a pic on here......

    Hi Steve,
This may have broken off from the inverter( check both ends for any sign of breakage), I don't have the inverter anymore to check mine.

Hi ellalan - it doesn't seem to have sheared off - no marks anywhere to suggest so.......

Does anyone have access to a parts fiche or manual for the 5610z please?

i feel confident that the screen I've bought will fit now thanks to your replies above - but this small piece of loose metal is now my main worry!
